Cutesy names aside these pinwheels are super tasty and very easy to make! Try them out at your next get-together or just your next make ahead snack ;)
Party Perfect Pinwheels
Ingredients:
1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, well drained
1 c. (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix (seriously this is what makes these awesome)
garlic powder to taste
seasoned salt to taste
5 flour tortillas (10 inches), room temperature
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat the first nine ingredients until blended. Spread over the tortillas; roll up tightly. Wrap each with plastic wrap, twisting the ends of plastic wrap to enclose the roll. Refrigerate for several hours (or overnight).
